- Click on the 'Login to Patient Portal' button below and this will redirect you to Follow My Health
- Click 'I need to sign up'
- You will then complete the registration
- Once the account is created, at the top of the corner of the site you will see 'My Account'
- Click 'Ask for Connection'
- Search zip code 89128-Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center
- Our office will then send an email back to you notifying you that you have been connected
