Getting Ready for Your Visit

Nevada Orthpedic & Spine Center accepts patients by referral or without referral, according to your healthcare insurance plan. Appointment times are based on medical need and patient convenience. All minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to be treated by our physicians. All new patients or patients who have not been seen at our office within three months are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment time.

At the Time of Your Appointment Please Bring:

• Photo ID
• Insurance Cards
• All Diagnostic Tests - i.e., MRI, X-rays, CT scan
• A list of all current medications
• EMG (carpal tunnel patients)
• Medical Records from other Treating Physicians
• Co-payments

Please call (702) 258-3773 to schedule your appointment in advance at our Northwest or Henderson location. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.

Cancellations

If you have a scheduled appointment time and need to reschedule or cancel please notify our office, as soon as possible, so that we may benefit another patient. We will gladly reschedule you a more convenient appointment time.
