Dr. Ronald Hillock received his Bachelor of Biology in 1989 from University of California Riverside. Dr. Hillock attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine and received his Medical Degree in 1993. His Internship in Orthopedic Surgery was completed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC transitional Internship from 1993 to 1994. His Residency was at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, El Paso, Texas Orthopedic Surgery from 1997 to 2001, and did his Residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas Orthopedic Surgery from 1997 to 2001. Dr. Hillock completed his Fellowship in Oncology and Musculoskeletal Reconstruction at University Of California Los Angeles and Orthopedic Hospital of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, California Orthopedic Oncology from 2005 to 2006.

Over the course of Dr. Hillocks Career, he has served as the Chief of Surgery in Operation Iraqi Freedom and US Army Hospital Heidelberg Germany. He has served as the chairman of the “Patient Safety Committee” for Loma Linda University Medical Center Orthopedic Hospital. Dr. Hillock is serving on the Board of Directors of the Nevada State Orthopedic Society. He is a published author contributor to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery text book “Orthopedic Knowledge Online.” Dr. Hillock Continued as the Chief of Surgery at Centennial Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas Nevada.

Dr.Hillock is Board Certified on Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society and the Connective Tissue Oncology Society.

Dr. Hillock’s current practice is focused on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disease and Adult reconstruction. Dr. Hillock has been a valued member of Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center since November 2011.
