Dennis P. Gordon, M.D.

Dr. Dennis P. Gordon was born in Durango, Colorado. He received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Colorado, School of Medicine in 1965. After completing his first year of Residency at the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine, Dr. Gordon entered the U.S. Army serving in a Surgical M.A.S.H. Unit in Viet Nam. After leaving the Army, he completed his Orthopedic Residency at the University of Louisville, Kentucky in 1971.

Dr. Gordon entered Private Practice in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1971. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Gordon has been a great contributor to the local medical community and its associated societies and associations. He once served as President of the American College of Surgeons and he has served on various committees of the Nevada State Medical Society. He is former Chief of Staff, former Chief of Surgery, and former member of the Board of Governs at Valley Hospital.

Dr. Gordon has been a valued member of Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center since April of 1997 and he is a holder of three Medical Patents.
